We saw our waitress once???at an all you can eat restaurant…the nori used to wrap the hand rolls was so soft?stale?odd…that we could not bite through or chew them and most everything tasted the same.The sashimi was excellent.Free refills on drinks??They never came by to ask if you needed any.I won’t be back and it was the first time ever that no tip was given because we got NO service!!Eat seaweed salad and sashimi
Quality change. I eat here almost weekly, sometimes twice a week. Not sure what has happened as of late, but there is major change in the food quality. When eating the rolls it becomes chewy too fast. Almost like the seaweed paper isnt fresh or stored properly and the rice overly sticky sometimes makig it difficult to eat the roll with those two issues combined. The service has become completely awful to the point i order everything all in one go because the rarely come back to take a second order let alone refill a drink. Sometimes certains rolls come out cold – like theyve been pre-made or sent back and stored for the next person to order. I sincerly hope the food quality is just a fluke because I love this place and the employees are awesome! But for now, I stay away because I dont feel the quality is worth the price.
Horrible service rude waitress. Waitresses don’t speak very good English are not friendly and never come to see if you would like more food . You wait forever for your food do not get everything you ordered and watch the waitresses talk in there language and shoot you dirty looks.
Currently at restaurant.. We are waiting right now for our last dessert. It has been about 30 mins and we are bored and are starting to actually have to talk to each other which is torture. The waitress is a surly and knows as much about the menu as I know about pleasing a woman…not much. The whole experience is pretty unpleasant.

Poor Service Made All You Can Eat a Myth. More Like Eat what You Can Get. The place was very poorly staffed last night. No evidence of management to correct the slow and indifferent service. Waitresses have perfected not noticing you when you try to get their attention. Ordered once and wanted to reorder a second and last time. Waitress ignored three polite requests for service.
Waste of money. Poor service, when we did have service we couldn’t understand her. Her English was very limited. Did not explain how their menu worked and no mention of being charged for any food you did not eat. We told the waitress we did not like the item, but still charged $5.00. If you are going to charge ppl for what they don’t like or eat at least allow them to take it home.( If wanted ) The fried banana was awful! Rice dishes bland, no flavor and made with uncooked hard rice. Will not return.
