Manager tonight needs to get some serious retraining when asked why we waited 40 min to be served and the place was not busy . Seems this place needs some serious training just read the reviews on google and yellow pages . The food is ok but the level of service is a joke with the manager on duty not having a clue on how to deal with issues I watched at least three other customers complaining and where basically dismissed each time . She needs to figure out that the customer is paying her wages maybe the owners should be more visable out front .. Just take a look at the reviews of this place on the other sites !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I need to leave a comment on how well we were treated Last Friday by the staff. Last minute party of 15. They did all they could to seat us. No problems with split cheques. Kids meals were excellent. Honestly swiss chalet is not my favourite, but it was of the other 14 in party. Thanks for all you did for us!

I visited sat Mar 21-15200 Drive tChk 5316 at approximately 3:29The lady taking the orders at drive through was extremely rude and should not be at servesShe didn’t let me finish with my order When I got to the window I told her I would like to finish with my orderBefore I finished telling her what I would like she walked away closed the window not listeningShe has a bad bed side manner not good for business This was my first fist to this location and it was very disapointing
Not Too Sure On This One. I have been to this location many times however, this time I wasn’t too keen on the food or the service. We arrived at the restaurant and were seated right away. We were given menus however, our waitress didn’t come to take our orders for at least 10 minutes, and it wasn’t even busy! When she came to take our orders, she didn’t introduce herself, all she said was ‘What would you like to eat?’ She definitely wasn’t pleasant at all. Then, when our food came, it was the wrong order, and we had to wait even longer to get the right order. When it came, the fries were cold and soggy. The waitress who brought us our food was different, she didn’t even introduce herself to us. We were confused with the switch in waitresses with no explanation. I wasn’t pleased with the service or the food. It’s a shame as I love Swiss Chalet but am not too keen on this location.
