I went to Theo’s last night and it was so goooood! I went with a couple of buddies of mine we all had a Keith’s beer and order 2 pizzas. The Margarita (plain cheese) and the Greek (a Greek styled pizza). The food and service was amazing. I will definitely be going again.
Complete sham and spoiled food. I had spoiled shrimps at Theo’s which gave me an all-night stomach ache.They serve only skinless boneless chicken breasts which are not fresh meat but pre-processed, sodium laden products. They served canned green beans as a side vegetable and the Greek salad was dressed with a yellow-coloured Kraft Italian bottled salad dressing! This is scandalous. All this for top prices 21 to 26 dollars! Be forewarned. A greek restaurant that doesn’t use olive oil is completely shameful.
Not impressed.. Hadn’t been here in many years, although it used to be one of my favourites. Has it changed hands? The pan fried sole was raw so I sent it back. The rice and potatoes were impossibly bland. When the sole came back, it was still raw, although they had replaced it with new pieces. I couldn’t swallow it. Won’t go back. Ever.
Best restaurant in Ottawa. I dined in Theo’s Greek Taverna. The food was amazing and the service was magnificent. I had rack of lamb and it was cooked in the best possible way. It was so delicious. I was with my friends and we enjoyed our dinner. We’ve been hosted by the new owner Gjio and his wife Cima. Words can’t describe how nice it was. We will definitely be going back with our friends and family. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes good food with good service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Great overall. We had a family dinner there.The menu was great with many options for every single member of the family. We were very satisfied. Most of all the service was exceptional. The restaurant has been recently taken over by an Albanian family and we could not have had a better experience with them! I would highly recommend this place for everyone! We especially enjoyed their baklava-dessert.
