This is what I like over the other restaurants. Most of the Starbucks have employees who welcome you with a smile and a relaxing ambiance even at 6:30am. Well it was the case this morning inBrockville. Also good choice of tea and coffee.

Horribly slow waited over 20 minutes for the barista to make our drinks. None of them know how to make drinks properly and cannot handle high volume of customers. Baristas appear easily overwhelmed.
