Great!. Hi, The food was fantastic, service was great.We had 4 pasta dishes and 2 pizzas, 2 salads. 6 adults 3 kids.In all honesty, I felt like i had to come on here and just give these guys a good review on my first time visiting them.
Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Food was fantastic and service was great. We found our new favourite pizza place! That said pasta/plates looked great too. But with pizza that good it might be tough to ever get around to ordering anything else.
We’ll be back!. 2 of us went on a Saturday night. I was able to call around 3pm and reserve a table for 8pm. I highly recommend calling for a reservation if you are hoping to get a table and not wait – it was completely packed when we got there and when we left.I ordered a risotto dish – ‘Risotto Amalfitana’ and my boyfriend ordered the ‘Tavolo’ pizza. They were both really delicious. The risotto came with a half-lobster as stated on the menu, so if you are thinking of ordering that and you’re on a first date, you might want to stay away from the messy lobster. It was worth the mess, so tasty!Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, really friendly and not pushy at all. We felt so welcome, even during a really busy night. We weren’t rushed to leave our table. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really cool too. It has a really cool open-conecpt. You can see right into the kitchen which is great….nothing to hide!I have already recommended to my friends and family that they try this place out, and I thought I’d share on here too!Make a reservation tonight!
Fantastic food, great service. Will be back.. Went to Tavolo last night for a birthday dinner. The atmosphere was very inviting and we were treated very well by the serving staff. Had an amazing meal of bruschetta trio, chicken and mushroom risotto, and shared some zepolini for dessert. The entire meal was incredibly delicious and I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was. This is definitely what Oakville needs and I hope it sticks around. Will be bringing my family back soon.
Unfortunate!. Tavolo is one of the new restaurants in Oakville that you really want to be very good! I booked my son’s birthday party here and once you get over the fact that the view is of the Target parking lot you start to look around and see what is quite a beautiful restaurant with quite a nice vibe about it. I was really happy with the choice I had made.By the time we had left we realised that it will take some time to get this place into order. It’s OK to throw money at the decor but it’s food and service that makes a good restaurant. What topped it off was the manager made the food and service look good. You just can’t afford to get it right half the time and then put a manager in place that would be better off running a POW camp.Change the name and start again! the vast number of bad reviews this early on does not bode well!
GREAT MEAL. Who’d have thought Hopeless mall would have such an amazing restaurant. Great food, great prices, great wait staff.
