Had dinner here tonight with a friend, although not for the first time. This local pub is the best bar/restaurant option in Brooklin proper. The atmosphere is pleasant and family friendly although it can occasionally be quite loud. Reminds me a little of the Tilted Kilt in Vegas.Service here can be a little uneven from time to time although tonight it was quite good. The server was pleasant, prompt and unobtrusive. The food was reasonably quick out of the kitchen and almost too hot to eat (not complaining).The food here is generally good and tonight was very good. I had Jambalaya which was very good; while I prefer it spicier than tonight’s dish, it was still flavourful and fresh.They maintain an excellent range of beers on tap, another bonus.It’s a little pricier than some other local options but the value is better than the cheaper places; so is the food. It’s worth a visit.

Decent pub, great service. Love the Brooklin pub. It’s a welcomed and much needed addition to Brooklin. The wings are great. We usually sit in the bar area. Always get great service when Annie and Coleen are working. The wings are great.
