Amazing!. Only place I ever buy Chinese food in Burlington, short distance and very friendly owners. Highly recommend the Beef Lo Mein, General Tso Chicken or the Chicken Balls.
Read reviews and was looking forward for good Chinese food closer to home. Unfortunately very disappointed. Food smelled greasy and didn’t taste fresh. Egg roll looked ‘home made’ though was very dry. Veg lo mein noodles were cut into small pieces and didn’t taste good. Rice was ok. Still recommend jf Chen.
LOVE IT!!!!. This place has the BEST Chinese food in the city, by far!! My family are regulars here, and it is nice when the employees remember us, and our details, every time we place an order. I would recommend this place to anyone! Try the steamed dumplings, and the curry chicken, YUMMMMM!
Four Star Food. I love, LOVE this place. Whenever my mother gets home late from work and doesn’t feel like cooking, we go here! The beef lo mien is TO DIE FOR. This restaurant is the one that got me hooked on Chinese food! (Unfortunately no other Chinese food can live up to my expectations).Amazing food!
Worst Chinese food I ever ate!. Not only did we not get what we ordered, the food was greasy and cold by the time it was delivered.I ordered chicken balls and got I’m not sure what it was but it was not chicken balls.I ordered PLAIN fried rice and the person on the other end of the phone said I didn’t specify what rice I wanted. I can’t eat carrot they make me sick, so why would I order vegetable rice.I could go on but I’m sure you have the jist of my rating of the food.These people have no respect for their customers or their food and are rude and do not deserve any rating other than (0).
You can always judge Chinese take-out by if they have ever burnt the fried rice. All good here at China Star. Kids kill for their SS Chicken Balls.
