I love the concept of this cafe. Everything is Vegan, very tasty and healthy food. Their smoothies are great. Very friendly attentive staff. The place gives a very good vibe. Will go there more often.
Great food and definitely to be tried out if you are vegan. Food: They have quite a substantial menu. We went for Turmeric Blendie and Blue Goddess to start with. Turmeric Blendie was great. Very homely and the froth on top just elevated the humble nutritious drink. Turmeric has some amazing medicinal values as well – so a great choice for morning breakfast. Blue Goddess was great too. For the food, we went for GF Pancakes with Blueberries and Bananas, a Power Bowl and a BLAT sandwich. GF Pancakes with Blueberries and Bananas were absolutely delicious. They claim to make the best pancakes in the town and I’m quite sure those are the best in town. Power Bowl was very good, especially the mushrooms and the sweet potatoes. However, the BLAT didn’t impress as much. While the ingredients were great but they slide off the sandwich as you pick it up which made it messy to eat – not a good thing to make a great sandwich. Ambiance:They have good seating capacity but it’s too congested. Many tables cramped up in a small space. There are tables with high chairs as well as regular tables as well. But as I saw, many people just do a takeaway. Staff:The staff is quite good and friendly. The gentleman on the floor, greeting the customers, walked us through the menu and how to go about ordering. He got into a little chat to know us better. Considering that he wasn’t surprised us coming all the way from Toronto, I guess he must be routinely having customers from the Toronto and the Niagara area. The service was quite good and quick. There is a public parking lot close the restaurant which is free on weekends. In addition, there is plenty of street parking on both sides of the streets.
Amazing food. Great staff. The power bowl is very filling and tasty. The avocado fries are great as well. The Caesar salad is awesome too. I love this place. Great quality food and service.
If you live healthy, vegetarian, or vegan food THIS is the place for you. The smoothies they make are incredible. Service is good and fast. So good. That’s it.
I absolutely love Lettuce Love Cafe! The food is healthy and delicious, prepared with love. The staff is always really friendly and welcoming. Anytime I’m in the Burlington area, I try my best to stop by for a smoothie and a meal. Be sure to try their bowls or their veggie burger!
Aside from pricing the food is good.. Thumps up for the quality. Good food.30 Sep, 2014Waaaaaaaaaaay overpriced!!!!. I paid $12 for a grilled cheese sandwich. I was under the impression I was getting a side and to my surprise it was bread no larger than the slice bread you would have at home. Also the stuff is way to awkward there. They asked 10 times how are you? Can I help you. No word of a lie!
