Yelled at. Got yelled at by one of the staff, not much else to say about that. Will be be going back here.
15 years +. I’ve been going to this place since elementary. I’ve seen a man make a pizza with a cigerette hanging out of his mouth, and the owners kids pulled a knife on me and my friends outside the restaurant and told us to ‘come to Chinatown’,…Yet I still keep going back, because the pizza is effing delicious. and cheap.

Terrible Service. We ordered pizza from Lugano’s for delivery last night. We were told half an hour….45 min later we call and are told ‘it is just coming out of the oven so it’ll be 25 min.’ We live 5 minutes away.We asked about a discount since it’ll be well over the half hour we were originally told. They said sorry, but no. We were hungry, people make mistakes, so whatever we’ll wait the next 25 minutes and pay full price.Another 45 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived…this mean an hour and a half since our original order. We called back, it still wasn’t ready…so we cancelled.We will never order from there again. Very unimpressed.
Never had a bad slice. Ask for extra sauce!
