DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!. Amazing food, kind people and super helpful! Definitely recommend, they never disappoint!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. never again.. I ordered my pizza I got it, they made a mistake on my order so I called back to tell them that they made a mistake and all I got was disrespected. I don’t eat pork or beef and they accidentally put pork on my pizza they tell me that’s what I ordered and they were not gonna do anything about it!!!! I don’t eat pork haven’t for years tell me why I would order it on my pizza!!! So since I couldn’t eat my pizza because it was loaded with pork I went to eat my garlic bread, NO CHEESE so I call back again and the lady on the phone tells me that I’m ruining her day and that her chef did put cheese on the garlic bread. Well I must be blind and stupid today because I don’t see any cheese and I know I didn’t order pepperoni. I would never eat here or order from here again. The woman’s mouth on the phone was outrageous all I wanted was my order fixed cause I payed 30 dollars to eat food I cannot eat. Do not recommend
Best Pizza in Toronto. Good pizza good price
Absolutely NOT the best pizza in Burlington. My wife and I just moved to Burlington for a new job and we were so tired after the move we decided to order some good pizza. We had just lost our favourite pizza joint in the Kitchener region, and now we had to find a new one here. This place was in the high 90% with maaaany reviews, YES! that was easy! lets order two mediums etc etc.Two Medium pizzas + delivery and like 2 pop came to like $30 or $35, cant remember.. but that is very expensive.Thought, whatever.. its probably gonna be great. It arrived, I paid the guy.. who refused to go to the back of our complex where our door was, so I had to walk pretty much a block to the other side of the building to get the pizza and return, when he couldve just followed my instructions from the beginning and driven to the back. Delivery was also slow, and he seemed incapable of calling our buzzer as well. After two phone calls and not being able to understand him, I went to the front to find him standing there. We opened the boxes, the pizza was getting stale.. it had been about 50-60 minutes from delivery… It was getting that stale / cold look and the cheese was hardening as if it had been sitting out for a few hours… The crust tasted worse than a frozen grocery store pizza, and the toppings although a good selection.. just tasted awful.Never before had I not finished a pizza (aside from saving some for lunch) in my life. I ate until I was full and literally threw the rest out, as did my wife. You are better off driving to the store, buying a Delissio and baking it. It would be much cheaper, better tasting, and probably faster too.Since then, we discovered Artisan Pizza. Simply incredible and authentic. Havent had pizza as good as that in my life. Although it is quite expensive, it’s a rare occasion being $20+ for one large. Our regular joint is Gino’s Pizza, where we can get your regular local combo deals for a good price. All in all, Napoli was a few firsts for my wife and I. Good pizza was not one of them.Napoli was so bad, this is the first time I have ever written a food review, just to save people the time, money and frustration.Do yourself a favour and skip Napoli Pizza.
Great cheap pizza. A favourite spot of mine growing up, still miss my pizza with no cheese, spicy chicken and green olive. Thanks for making it for so many years.
Decent. Its pretty decent. its cheap. delivery takes forever!!!!
The Best Pizza in Burlington!. This is by far the best Pizza in Burlington, even their wings are amongst the best in the city. You can’t get a better 4 topping deal either. They also have free delivery… you honestly can’t go wrong with Napolis.I’m surprised their new website isn’t on here yet, http://www.napoli-pizza.ca
