The food is good. The quantity they give is just right for a person but overpriced. Generally other places have a larger quantity for the same price. Tiramisu, Shrimp Alfredo pasta is what I have tried so far and they were decent.

Was here with family for birthday party. The thin crust pizza is delicious. I had the chicken piccata which came with spaghetti and the portions were ample and it tasted perfect… probably the best Ive had! The tiramisu tasted homemade and was a hit with everyone. The servers were accommodating and very helpful. Definitely a must visit in downtown Burlington!

2017/07/15We were out for another excursion, we were driving through downtown Burlington looking for a place for dinner, and we spotted Papa Giuseppe’s. SWMBO and I had liked their Port Credit location, so we decided to give this one a try. Turns out they were celebrating their one year anniversary. Balloons and decorations, as well as a wandering magician doing table-side tricks. They were mostly full, but there was still enough room for the three of us. They had $5 specials on some of the drinks, so SWMBO had a Moretti, and I had a Sangria. A light, refreshing way to start the meal. Our first course was Caesar Salad. Mostly standard stuff, but with the crumbled, dried prosciutto on top, rather than the bacon bits that some restaurants use, it gave the dish a saltier, more Italian twist. SWMBO chose one of her Italian favourites: Chicken Parmigiana. It was a generous portion of tender, butterflied chicken breast, topped with a thick, zesty sauce, and melted mozzarella. On the side was a small scoop of fettuccine and sauce, just a touch overdone. SWMBO’s sister and I shared the Tre Porcellini Pizza, which included pork, three ways: Italian sausage, spicy soppressata, pancetta. They serve the pizza with scissors, so you can cut the pieces to whatever size suits you. The crust was thin and foldable, which is how I like to eat my pizza. The soppressata gave each bite an extra little spicy kick. Just due to the timing and the number of people there, we didn’t get our private magic show. Otherwise, a very nice meal.

FOOD:We had come for dinner on a Thursday evening at around 6:45 pm. As a group, we had settled on one order of Calamari ($15.99), while my mother and I had settled on the Margherita Pizza ($16.99), my husband had settled on Papa Joes Favourite Pizza ($18.99), and my father had settled on the Capricciosa Pizza ($18.99). My father had also decided to get the 20 oz. Creemore Beer ($7.34). We had first gotten the Calamari, which was actually quite good however, there werent a lot of pieces, which made us wondering why we had paid so much for such a small dish.Next, the pizza dishes arrived. The Margherita ($16.99) that I had ordered was very thin, and the cheese slipped off immediately after taking one bite into it. It was definitely a great taste however, it was almost thinner than paper, and definitely not enough. We were given a pair of scissors to cut the pizza however, they werent needed as the pizza was thin enough to break-apart with your hands. My husbands Papa Joes Favourite Pizza ($18.99) had only about seven or eight pieces of shrimp on it, and arrived to the table cold (temperature-wise). Overall, we had enjoyed the taste of the food however, it was much too little for the amount that we had received and the prices that we had to pay.ATMOSPHERE:When we had arrived, we had requested a booth however, there were no booths available so, we had to sit at a high-table near the door. It was cold as the door kept swinging-open with people coming-in and out. Once a booth was available about fifteen minutes after we had arrived, we moved to a booth however, we found that the table was much too small, and that we werent very comfortable.SERVICE:We were served by a kind younger woman whom answered all of our questions from when we had first sat down, to when we had finished our meal. She was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable, which was a huge plus. Service was definitely one of the highlights of our visit to this restaurant.COST:1 Order Of Calamari: $15.99 + 1 Margherita Pizza: $16.99 + 1 Papa Joes Favourite Pizza: $18.99 + 1 Capricciosa Pizza: $18.99 + 1 20 oz. Creemore Beer: $7.34 = $88.47 (Taxes Included)WOULD YOU RETURN?No; I found the prices to be much too high for what we had received. Although, the service was great, the food just didnt match what I had expected.
