I really wish that I had the ability to leave 0 stars for this mess of a restaurant. Back before the Supreme was reborn, my family used to go there regularly for breakfast and we all loved it. This is the third time I have been since the new building and I have to say a couple things. First of all, the servers need to get the sticks out of their butts and the scowls off their faces. When I walked in the server who greeted me just looked at me and vaguely waved off to the tables and told me to sit. After clarifying where to sit I was able order without too much incident. I ordered their orange juice, didn’t know there we sizes so I got the kiddie size and it was awful. It tasted like cheap orange juice that’s made from concentrate that comes in the non-refrigerated juice boxes. For breakfast, I ordered the 6 oz steak and eggs, steak medium rare – for $13.95. The steak was alright, well done but alright. My main issue with this was when my bill came and said that the item I ordered was $15.95. I asked the server to see a menu again before paying as I felt that the price was incorrect. She brought over the menu and pointed out that it said, Prices subject to change without notice. It was about a ten minute back and forth trying to get her to understand that she was still required to disclose the price should it have change, upon ordering. Apparently they seem to think its okay to change the price of menu items between order and paying because she spoke to the Manager who I heard say, Did you tell her that the prices are subject to change?Essentially, at this point I was ready to refuse paying my bill until the Manager actually decided to show her face. However, the server came back and despite reiterating the, Prices subject to change without notice. Bull, she said that I was free to short bill by the difference. I told her that I would not be shorting the bill, but I would pay the price agreed for the meal upon ordering.Obviously not happy with my reaction, she took my payment, including the 15% tip I gave, trying not to hold this fiasco against her, and disappeared without so much as a word.Since the remodel, I would have liked to think that the owners and staff would remodel their attitudes but it seems like they are not overly concerned with having business so I guess theres no need. Its sad to say but I hope they go out of business so that another more deserving company can have a chance that The Supreme clearly doesnt deserve. After this last experience, I won’t be giving them another chance. The Supreme should have gone to the dump along with the rubble of the old Appleby Mall.

An imperfect experience. We entered looking for dinner on a Monday where we could watch a bit of the ball game. The place was almost empty and ordered a Coors premium then learned that there was a special with 1 pound of wings with the Coors but we had ordered the wrong Coors for the special. They nonetheless added 50 cents to the special and served us the wings. We also ordered a burger. The wings were terrific. No question about it. The burger was however greasy and unfinishable. Service was indifferent and the seating in the bar was uncomfortable. I’ll go back and try the upstairs patio for wings but never order the burger again.

Finally took the supreme dive!. So after so many years living in burlington and hearing about the infamous supreme I can say I’m not impressed! I was told to get the soulvaki. it was ok…a little dry, portion size was ok over all nothing special or to die for. others at the table were not blown away with their meals either. this is as basic and generic tasting food as it gets. service was good, friendly girls. our server wasn’t very good though, she was very absent minded. overall I’m not jumping at the chance to go here again but I will return in the future.
