Terrible, won’t be returning. Waited 60 minutes for two sandwiches, one order was incorrect and nothing was done about it. Very rude server and the owner has zero concept of customer service. Small portions and high prices. Inside area is dingy, dark and needs a serious cleaning.
We went in on a Sunday evening for dinner. There were hardly any other people in the place. The waiter took our drink order and 20 mins later had not returned. The bartender ended up putting our order in. The food was very average. Will never go back and would not recommend!
2016/09/17We were in the Burlington area on Saturday evening, and we happened to spot the Queen’s Head Pub when driving downtown at dinner time. We had liked the Queen’s Head in Oakville a few years ago, so we decided to give this one a try. It turns out that they are not connected, even though they have the same name. Some evidence: different websites, logos, menus. Regardless of why we chose it, we had a competent pub meal. SWMBO chose one of her standards: Traditional Fish and Chips. A fairly large haddock filet, lightly battered and well cooked, on top of a generous portion of fries. I had the Queens Head Chicken Curry. The heat was toned down a bit from traditional curries, but it still had a full flavour. The jasmine rice and naan helped me enjoy every savoury drop. Service was pleasant and efficient.
