Quiet restaurant with no roses in their garden near the Royal Botanical Gardens main building and the RBG Rose Garden. Every time I drive by it I’m somewhat surprised that it is still open with the lack of traffic they seem to generate. I stopped by for a late breakfast. The service was efficient and marginally friendly and the peameal bacon and eggs breakfast was good. Like I previously said it was quiet but there was little there other than that to recommend, it unless you’re hungry when coming out of the RBG.
Texture of cat food. Recently went to try dinner here. Ordered the special ‘Corned Beef Hash’. By all accounts it was probably from a can. It was so minced up or pureed’ that it had no taste. No substance. Couldn’t eat it. All I got was, that is the way they make it. Sorry isn’t cutting it anymore. If this any indication of their food….No Thanks!
