I dropped in here for a mid week dinner after some errands. This place opened a few years ago with lots of fanfare and was nearly packed all the time. Since then, there are a few more similar types of restaurants that have opened that server Shanghai style dishes. On this visit I ordered their Fried Shanghai Noodles and Wonton in Red Peanut sauce. The noodles were very good, tasty, and the noodles had a firm texture. On the other hand, the wontons were a bit of a disappointment. It was labelled as a spicy dish, but when it came it was in a small bowl with that red (sweet and sour) sauce with shredded peanuts on top. I was expecting a bigger soup bowl with a spicy red pepper broth with the wontons soaked in it. Oh well, it was a bit of a miss on this dish.
