2019/03/10We like Chipotle, so we went to check out the new one on Woodbine in Markham. This is one of their larger locations, with high ceilings and seating for about 70, mostly at 4-tops tables. There were only a couple of people ahead of us in line at the counter when we arrived after 6:30 pm on a Sunday, and only a couple of tables were occupied. SWBMO decided to have Carnitas in a Bowl. So instead of a tortilla, the toppings in the bowl were covered by lettuce. Fresh ingredients and a bit of peppery heat from the pork made for a satisfying meal. I picked the Burrito with Chicken. Fresh sand filling. There are many burrito choices in the GTA, and Chipotle holds its own.
