Came awhile back for a little Chinese dessert snack because the friends were craving it. Dessert Kitchen was also nearby to a restaurant we were eating. Price was relatively decent and service was decent. They greeted us in Mandarin but they also understand English. I’m not sure about Cantonese. We sat on the small table with circular chairs… There was a booth available but when we asked to sit in there, apparently it was only for groups of 5 and more. The menu was easy to flip through and also had items of matcha, red bean, and mango flavoured items were a few that I remembered. Our food items came relatively fast and it didn’t take long. I was super full but I only tried the Egg Pudding which were like $1 each! So darn cheap for dessert! It tasted good for $1, very simple and I found the plating very interesting. It’s actually in egg shells and it made me wonder how they made it.My friends also ordered a couple of mango items. One of them is like a molten mango cake with cream; once you break it, the mango flavour comes out. Another of the food item is a rice roll or cheong fan, and they add slices of mangoes in it, along with (what I’m assuming) to be mango drizzle. Tons of mango flavoured items that day!!So far, I find this place decent. I didn’t eat much so can’t comment much on the food. The good thing is that they are open late.

Came here for dessert of course but they do have regular food to eat which I will come back and try out.Tried the mochi Maltesers and the matcha lava cake. Both were super yummy since it wasn’t too sweet.I would come back to try the other desserts for sure.

This cafe only opens when it feels like it. They said they open at 2pm and we arrived there at 2. Waited till 2:15 and no one was even in the cafe. Since we did not want to wait all day for them to open we went to their competition. Therefore, if you want to check out this place make sure you go at least 3 hours after opening so you don’t waste your time.

The taro pana cotta is good. The molten lava green tea cake can be improved, the green tea flavour is too strong, gets to the point where it’s bitter. If you mix it with some ice cream, it will balance the flavour a little bit better. Interesting items to try next time: durian dumplings, sago pudding, malteser mochi.RM

We would not return! We o…. We would not return! We ordered 3 items: 1) Curry fishballs – it was extremely salty with no curry flavour. How do you mess up on something as simple as fishballs?! 2) Mango Supreme Drink – the mangoes were so sour! and they’re in season! The rest of the drink probably came from a can. 3) Passion Couple – this was the most tasteless dessert I have ever tried! The large sago were undercooked and tasted like flour. And it was a small bowl to be charging $6.99 for, which in my case was a good thing since it tasted so horrible.
