Restaurant in decline. It used to be good, but every time we’ve went back recently, it has been getting worse and worse. The prices have gone up, and the quality has gone down. Plenty of newer places that are better and have more parking.
Love it!. I grew up eating at this restaurant and although the food does not taste as good as it used to, it still remains as one of my favourite restaurants! My favourite dishes are the shrimp balls in thousand island sauce and the mango chicken bird nest. I highly recommend that you try these dishes!
I’ve been coming here for years now and I do see a slight decline in food quality. But, what I still like about this place:- piping hotness of the food when it comes to you- deep fried oysters = amazing! Never had better elsewhere- mango/chicken or beef on fried taro nestWhat needs improvement:- lack of service when it gets busy- sloppy delivery of food distribution (I.e. food all over table)
Don’t go here. Service is terrible. Waited over an hour for our food to come. Walked around and over half the tables have no food.
Don’t go here if you want to be served your food within an hour and fifteen mins (still waiting) …looking around I see a lot of people waiting for their food. Been here a few times same issue but for some reason decided to give it another try. The food is not bad but there are many other choices where my daughter isn’t forced to eat plain rice from being so hungry.
Loved it!. This place does get busy on the weekends but I like to go on weeknights. The Mango chicken in bird’s nest is my favourite as well as the lobster. The food is always consistent and service is good, better than other restaurants I’ve been to. If you want good authentic Chinese food, this is the place to go!
It’s getting worse !. My last visit was on a Thursday evening. No more line up and actually many unoccuplied tables. The kitchen and dinning hall were not busy. They should be able to provide good service and good food. The steam live bass was over cooked, what a waste! The smoked Grandfather chicken was not impressed because of the meat texture. The worse was the Soy sauce fried Live Vancouver Scrimps, they were all death long before it cooked. The manager admided that but refuse to take it back… very bad attitute, we will never go back, NEVER.
