I was here with a couple friends for dinner on a Saturday evening and we were seated soon after arriving. There’s a large selection of dishes to choose from in the menu and prices are reasonable. The usual small, side dishes were provided (e.g.: kimchi, potato in sweet sauce, kelp, etc.) and refills are allowed. I ordered the Beef Bibimbap and it was filling, but didn’t really stand out in terms of taste. Service could be better, as it took us multiple tries to flag down a server, but our request was only half filled and the rest of the request was soon forgotten. Overall, this a decent place if you want a filling meal and don’t really care about the service.

Food and service is both mediocre. Extremely tasteless soups and service is not good either. A lot of people who are not korean have told me they love this place. I’m assuming they never stepped foot inside of a decent korean restaurant.
I’ve been here a couple times just because it is a very convenient location. I like the food, but I have to mention that the service at this location is so bad that even though the food is good, I do not like coming here. I would much rather spend another 15 minutes in the car to go somewhere else to have decent Korean food. sincerelykn.blogspot.com
There’s a reason why ppl complain about service….admittedly it is terrible. For the price you are paying and quality of food, it is just not worth it. Perhaps it is the constant *dings* for service and being understaffed…the servers are like robots, no smile, no acknowledgement and constantly in a rush. The last time i went, a family of 5 were making a scene about the long wait for tea and no server came to convince them to stay and instead rather wipe the other tables. Needless to say they stormed out and i don’t blame them.Take the countless negative reviews and go elsewhere
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Food came pretty fast but other than that everything is super slow. we wanted a refill of the side dishes before we even got our main dishes but we tried to call so many servers but they never responded. we were done our food and still no waiter came. we pressed the buzzer quite a number of times but I guess they don’t even look at that. When we finally got a waiter to come her attitude was so bad just glaring at us and asking what we want. When we said we wanted refills she just glares at us since we were already done our main dishes. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.
