I remember we used to love ordering their rice noodles with beef and black bean sauce, but I recently did take out here and it was pretty bad. The sauce was definitely not good and the noodles were all stuck together. Their turnip patties were not crispy. Definitely will not be returning here again.
Cheated Prices.. THE PRICES ON THE BILL ARE NOT THE SAME AS THE PRICES ON THE MENU. The menu states that each bowl of rice is $1.50, however, when we went up to pay, they charged us $1.80. When we asked the cashier for an explanation, he explained that simply changed the price without adjusting the price labeled on the menu. How absurd is this? They might as well make up all the prices on the bill then. Also, each meal comes with a complimentary bowl of desert soup. However, they did not serve them to us after we waited for over half an hour. Once we got up to leave, that was when they finally rushed over to serve us with them because we asked multiple times. If it is complimentary, why do they only give the desert soup to the customers who ask? How cheap.

Crappy Customer Service. The only reason I go to Noodle Star is that it is relatively close to home and parking is pretty easy to find. The food is affordable and decent for it’s price though nothing to write home about.The real reason that this restaurant stands out for me to even bother writing a review is that their customer service just appalls me. We waited 45 minutes for our small order to arrive (which is almost an eternity for Chinese food) and were treated rudely by all our servers when we asked about the status updates of our food. Many of the servers would lie to us about checking up on our order and never return with a response, others didn’t know english, one server even yelled at us for asking about our food. I will probably never go back again based on the poor customer service and will let everyone know about my negative experiences as well. I know it’s just Chinese food but the customer experience and satisfaction still matters.
