If you like beef jerky, you really need to give this place a try.Oriental recipes focuses on making some of the best fresh jerky around. (I don’t even know another place that does it). It’s pretty cool to see all the cooks just grill up all different kinds of jerky from pork to vegetarian to duck and all other kinds. They have them out on display and you can even try some free samples at the entrance.Get the original pork jerky. It has this wonderfully sweet, soft, and slightly crisp taste and texture with a subtle smoky undertone. The grill marks that you discover on the meat are heavenly and is real juicy. They need to be consumed on the spot because they are warm and the juices (fats) wouldn’t be much good later on. (I still love it though…)I’ve had others like the duck and beef, but I just find the pork to be the best one. The other ones are a bit drier, while the pork is definitely more flavorful and juicy. All that means is that it is probably the worst for you too. Go figure. cheatdayeveryday.com
