I just love Chinese dessert places.Tracy Dessert benefits from the fact that, by virtue of being in First Markham Place, you’re going to get everyone flooding the place. The place itself is rather small, but pretty lively. The menu is huge like most dessert places I find in Richmond Hill. The place is very clean and actually a good place to relax during the day with your laptop writing Yelp reviews if you so choose.I ordered, and always order, Taro and Coconut Sago (cold) because it’s just good, people. Even when the thermometer dropped below freezing, I still order this stuff cold. It’s a refreshing dessert that makes you feel good instead of feeling as though you stuffed yourself to the max (like most desserts do). Lots of taro pieces and the bowl overflows with the sago soup. The girlfriend ordered their most popular drink which was a combination of different fruits with grass jelly inside.I would have loved to actually try food at these kinds of places, but just couldn’t. Way too full from lunch. The food here actually looks pretty decent, but you get what you know and I just love the Taro and Coconut Sago… cheatdayeveryday.com

Many choices of dessert and nourishments. I like how they have the regular chinese sweet desserts and also a variety of soups and herbal treats that are good for nourishing or cleansing the body. We only ordered a few of the regular desserts like purple yam soup, sweet almond thick soup, and tapioca with taro and coconut milk. All were served very fast, which means they were all premade and were just heated before being served. They tasted like something I could make at home and nothing particularly special. I may go back to try some of their savory soups but my expectations won’t be very high.

Good food bad service. This place, with no lies, has hands down good desserts. Service, hands down, terrible. My dad once walked out on them because they were extremely rude to us.

Return from a long hiatus. This place is good and simple. A variety of Chinese snacks and desserts. Ordered HK style shaved ice and manga iced mix with strawberries. Delicious and affordable. Only issue is the seating. Stools are uncomfortable and the place holds about 50, which is tight on busier night. Guess that’s how they stop customers from lingering too long. 80%
