Went here for dinner a while ago. It was a part business dinner and we were recommended here. It was pretty emptied when we were there. It was around 7 or 8 but there were only a couple of tables occupied. I was kind of sketched when I saw this because usually restaurants of the same kind would be a line up. We ordered a some casual dishes like pork with hot pepper, a beef dish, a whole chicken, fish, and some others. I found the food to be alright on my standards. But my companions didn’t like it too much.
My family and I are beyond upset. Never have we ever been to a restaurant that had such bad customer service. We were treated poorly and with disrespect. My family and I came to dinner. We placed our order only to realize that after 45 minutes to an hour, our food had not come. We had hungry and tired kids. We realized everyone around us were being served and no one paid attention to us. We tried to get the staffs attention but they kept ignoring us and when we finally got their attention, they came over, looked at the order we placed and walked off. We finally realized that because we didn’t order the fancier meals so they didn’t care about our order. They smile and show great attitude to those who have big orders. All about the $$$$! The most upsetting part was they didn’t even bother placing the order….it was not placed. We just wanted a nice dinner with the kids and to try their food cause we are looking for a nice restaurant for the baby’s 100th day. People who came after us got served before us. The manager turned his back on us which we found to be really rude and was quite shocked that someone would treat their customers in such a way. That’s okay! Definitely not coming back!
This review is based on my Early Bird Dim Sum experience at Yang’s Chinese Cuisine.$3.10 for S/M/L is a good price for the dim sum quality. The shrimps which is ingredients of a lot of the dumplings is always fresh with a good bite and never mushy.I have been here a few times and the food and service has always be consistent.Though if I visit during regular dim sum hour and pay full price, I might not enjoy as much as it can get a little pricey. There is hardly any small item on the dim sum menu so for the good ones (large item), I would have to pay a premium.Decoration is nice and the interior is spacious.Dinner they do have lobsters, king crabs and other fresh seafood that still swimming in the tank.
This is place sucks!. Service is horrible! The safe doesn’t know what they are doing. They three times keep bring the wrong food to my table.Manager is terrible and DO NOT apologized of any of his & staff mistakes. The food quality and service which I paid doesn’t justified their outrageous food price.DO NOT GO!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My family and I just had dinner here and the food was absolutely amazing! The decor of the place was really nice and the waiters and waitresses were all really friendly! The sashimi was really fresh and the selection of Japanese food was really unique! There were assorted chips which they made from taro and sweet potato which I thought was really cute and yummy. The beef sukiyaki was also delicious! The price you are paying for the food is totally worth it! If you are a sushi lover or are looking for a nice place to eat out at this is definitely a place you should try!
Horrible! Service was bad, menu looks like it’s designed by a kid, the food is way over priced! Would not recommend it! Go somewhere else if you want to have a good time!
I must say Yang’s Izakaya has it’s potential to become one of the hot spot of the town. The design is based on a Japanese garden with a modern twist added, it is fun and comfortable. The food is creative and tastes great. The presentation of the plate is nice, too. But there are one thing we are seriously disappointed, we ordered a flying fish sashimi and found 3 bones and 2 fish scales on the sashimi…the flying fish sashimi doesn’t seems to be sliced professionally either…the waiter and waitress are all very friendly but their knowledge on the sake seems to be limited… Like I said in the beginning, the restaurant has all its potential to shine, wish it can glow in the near future.
