AWFUL EXPERIENCE :(. Visited the Sovereign in Creemore, Ontario yesterday and was looking forward to having a delicious meal. Sadly, it did not meet our expectations. I ordered the pork tenderloin special and my husband ordered the Mini Hungarian Platter. When my meal arrived the waitress offered me some pepper and completely over peppered my dish. I was 7 1/2 pregnant and very hungry and the smell of my meal made me sick to my stomach. I hadn’t experienced anything like this before. I tried the meat to find out it was clearly over cooked and really tough. The veggies were overcooked and tasteless. I felt like I was eating food that was prepared for a senior citizen in a Senior Center. We couldn’t figure out the smell was and finally I pushed the plate as far away as I possibly could. Since our waitress didn’t return to see how our meals were I finally flagged her down and told her about my discontent. Shortly after we asked for our cheque and we were completely surprised to see the whole meal that I sent back was still on the bill without an apology. Finally we spoke to a manager and after explaining that I didn’t eat my meal we got this awful meal taken off. Will not return to this establishment. Overpriced and outdated.
