Menu is not up to date but the food and staff were great….I have gluten and dairy allergies and they we very accommodating…the mussels were fabulous and the gluten free burgers were awesome….very happy…..my better half says the seafood chowder was very tasty and the fresh bread was very good…
Always something on the menu for everyone. Love to bring the kids here because it’s fairly casual – but much more comfortable and fun than a franchise! Same for out-of-towner guests – it’s a great place to eat and catch up with each other. I’ve always left satisfied.
Worst place we have ever tried.After 30 min after ordering drinks we had to ask for them. Had to ask for a refill twice also during the meal.Food was awful. Bland….yuck. my bf ordered the Newfie steak and got the rhubarb jam with it. We couldn’t figure out how the two went together and for an additional 1.99 you would think it would be great. Oh ya, we also had to stop on the way home so he could puke….some date night I got some onion cream fish dish. It was decent when I added some seasoning….but it came with boiled vegetables with not a hint of seasoning on them. Did I mention the waitress didn’t even know what the meals come with.I guess on the plus side they have a nice patio overlooking the river, however, there is a loud machine running out there so you can’t even hear the ppl you are with.Overall, disappointing. We were hoping for a place with authentic newfie fare and atmosphere. Instead we got vomit and a waitress that just wanted to flirt with all the me at the bar.
Skip this place. Waited over an hour for our food. Poor service and very dirty.

Best fish and chips I ever had. Great staff and a great view from the patio.
We had a good time, good food, great price. $2 1/2 pints and martini’s were a nice touch.
