I have ordered many catering orders with Café Deluxe and people have always liked it. I decided to go in the restaurant and try the French Dip Sandwich today. Wow! It was delicious and so was the cookie.
This is THE go-to place in downtown Ottawa for lunch during the work week. It can be a little overwhelming at first to navigate the lineups, but the food is worth it and so affordable! Not to mention the skor cookies are to die for.
they serve a nicely cooked breakfast with reasonable portions, good homefries (important to me), good coffee but be there before 10am and seating is somewhat limited. Service always good. Good value.
Actual entrance is on Albert Street.Lunch buffet place. Try to arrive by 1130 or after 100 as it’s frequented by office workers.
