Serious degradation of services after the minimum wage increase in Ontario.This place used to be very friendly, with awesome music, nice clean decor, a great place for morning coffee and quick lunch. Since the wage hike, the services have gone through a downward spiral. For a coffee shop, there is often no coffee left, in the high traffic hours of morning. Staff there seem to be impatient, slow and more often than I’d like to see, just plain rude.Unfortunately I work in the building, so this is still part of my morning ritual, sometimes. Whenever I have time though, I walk to the Bridgehead across the street for coffee, much better quality and a lot friendlier staff.
