Vert Fourchette is a urban style Bistro in the heart of Victorian Vankleek Hill. Small and quaint, it offers loads of flavours, great atmosphere and friendly service. We work out of two kitchens offering all in-house made sweets and cakes from our Baking kitchen. Our Main kitchen will prepare for you a unique dining room meal from our Bistro menu, featuring our famous Vert Fourchette Steak and Frites or hand cut beef tartare.
