Good selection of Sushi and rolls .. my recommendation is Sake sushi with a dab of wasabi and lots of soya sauce for dip .. I also tried the spicy version of Sake sushi – could have been good with some sweet sauce. Drinks menu was very limited so not much to order there .. Staff was ok as well.
Our party of 14 Ladies visited Axia on 17 November, 2017. It was a pleasant experience and the service was incredible! Thank you Wok for being an awesome server :)The meal was a set menu: $19.99 for either a Bento Box or a 3-course meal. Our table opted for a mix of both.For my Bento box, I got the Hawaiian roll, and Spicy crab roll and fried tofu. This came with a side salad and Miso soup. The sushi was not amazing, and did not have any distinct flavour. The tofu were limp and lacked any seasoning or flavour. The portion sizes however were HUGE, and a single meal could easily feed two people.Some ladies had ordered the Garlic Pepper Chicken sizzler which appeared far more promising than mine.Improvements:- The washrooms looked horrible and smelled equally worse. There are numerous reviews online complaining of the same problem, but the management has not addressed any of it.- When we made the reservation over the phone, we requested for a private room for our party. However, at the restaurant, we were given a long table by the entrance. When we asked the server, he said the room could have been available with prior notice? Well, we had provided notice but they didn’t deliver.This was not only annoying to us, but to the guests at the restaurant because we were really loud, and in turn, they probably did not have a good dining experience.
