I too had a horrible experience with this bakery. The servers are rude, and dirty, one was licking her fingers before touching baked items. Though there was only one customer in front of me, I stood there for a good ten minutes while they were chatting in Italian, completely ignoring me. I finally got to place my order and I order Xmas cookies. Totally disgusting. They were stale, I ended up throwing them out. I will never return to this place and warn all my friends and family not to go there. Very sad for an Italian bakery.
