Eat Here. JP was super friendly, served very fresh food – the fries, onion rings and huge veggie pita with tziziki sauce – all amazing! Sharing recommended.
Fishermens treat. I came from a long trip from Quebec, I always come and visit every time I pass by Jp’s. He’s a very friendly and hospitable man, and I always enjoy my poutine and BLT pita. I recommend to anyone and everyone in the Bowmanville area. Thanks Jp for another a great lunch.
Decided to give this place a second chance and it’s still horrible. I wouldn’t give that chicken he uses to my dog, very dry. I’ve had the chicken shawarma and chicken Caesar and they tasted the exact same. Very dry and bland.
If you haven’t been here your life is not complete. The owner is the most amazing guy, gives you free samples, excellent service. The pitas weigh as much as a small child and are the best I’ve eaten!
Totally Awesome :-). I recently tried JP’s for the first time after starting a new job nearby. This is an excellent restaurant with amazing food and first-rate customer service. As many of the other reviews state, the owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Free fries as soon as you walk in, and generous samples of meats and sauces while you’re waiting and/or if you’re having trouble deciding what to order. Ingredients are super fresh, there are tons of sauces, veggies and other toppings to choose from, and portions are HUGE! My new favorite take-out for sure.
Great Pita! Great Service!. My wife and I went to JP’s today. The personal attention that JP showed us was unbelievable. Our pitas were amazing! If you’re traveling on the 401 it’s right next to the highway and worth the stop. Thanks JP
