Sizzle BBQ was created by Gord Burdick of Cobourg Ont. Gord started his love for BBQ many years ago, mastering his own sauces and rubs, being a judge of many BBQ competitions and learning the art of smoking good food. He has brought all those amazing attributes together to make what now is call Sizzle Southern Style BBQ! We at Sizzle offer a variety of smoked Deliciousness; from Pulled Pork, Ribs, Beef Brisket, Wings,the great Drunken Chicken and Curry Lamb. Our whole menu consists of homemade goodness; making sure everything is made on site with all natural ingredients and smoked to perfection! You will absolutely need to come on down to get the full experience of Sizzle.
