Very, very bad experience. Ordered appetizer and got food first so I cancelled the appetizers. Then I got my sweet and sour main course meal with dipping sauce instead of a proper meal. I also had to ask for the white rice that comes with the meal. The sweet and sour pieces were like all batter with no kinda meat and no taste. Went up the counter and spoke to the staff. Told them i couldn’t eat the food and they didn’t offer to help. The staff that served me claimed that he was only there 3 weeks. Paid for my meal and left. I later had pizza for dinner.

What happened to customer service?
