Visited recently and was disappointed after reading the glowing reviews. We had a reservation and were seated immediately in the rear of the restaurant even though there were vacant tables at the front of the house. The wait staff were pleasant, friendly and made recommendations. We started with a cocktail and appetizers and it went down hill from there. Service from the kitchen was incredibly slow even though there were some open seats in the restaurant.
Good Food – Great Service!. We had a wonderful meal at Azzura on their terrace last night!Every item on the menu and all of the specials were extremely tempting. Everything we ordered was delicious and well-crafted. The service (Alicia) was warm with just the right amount of attention. Dietary constraints were readily handled.It was a most enjoyable evening.
Great experience. Booked this restaurant for an Anniversary dinner and was happy with the overall experience. Great waitress, amazing food and a good atmosphere. There was a 30 minute wait as we were leaving so would recommend getting a reservation.
The service was great, fun and attentive. the food is incredible. everything was made to perfection and so tasty. the gnocchi is the best ever. it was great with the bacon and sage. also the duck with gnocchi was amazing. i would definitely recommend going here, and I would go back,
Great night. We took the inlaws here for a night out and had a fantastic time. Attentive and personable service, fantastic and varied menu and a very intimate and cozy atmosphere. Will def be back.
Great atmosphere, service and delicious food!!We were greeted by a few friendly wait staff, they were great to our 4yo too. We had their mussels to start, even after they divided the dish in two, the portion are still quite generous. I ordered the chicken fusilii and my husband ordered the special, duck confit on mushroom risotto. The pasta was done perfectly and my husband’s dish was absolutely amazing. We will definitely go back again when we are in the area next time!
4-1/2 stars. A better view would get it a 5 but it is in the downtown core. Fantastic food with lots of healthy, fresh ingredients like Quinoa, vegetables, seafood etc. Our drinks were made with ginger elixer and soda water with lime and mint (www.meredithsginger.ca). We watched our server step outside and pick some fresh mint!
