  FOOD:We had come here on a Friday afternoon at around 2:00 pm for a quick lunch. I had settled on the 1 Piece Chicken Drumstick & Original Chicken Crunch Sandwich Combo ($10.49), with Poutine (Additional $2.00), and a Soft Drink (I had chosen 7UP). My husband had settled on the Boneless Chicken Combo ($10.49), which included 3 Chicken Tenders, Popcorn Chicken, French Fries, Coleslaw, and a Soft Drink (he had chosen Pepsi). In terms of the Chicken Crunch Sandwich, I found it to be very delicious, except that the bun was dry, which made it taste a little bit unappetizing at times. I then added ketchup to give it a better flavour, which helped somewhat. In terms of the Poutine though, the cheese curds were all in tact, and not melted at all. Also, the French Fries were drowned in gravy, making it difficult to actually taste the fries themselves. In terms of the Chicken Drumstick, I loved how large it was, and how appetizing the skin on the outside was. My husband’s meal was delicious as the Popcorn Chicken was tasty, and the Chicken Tenders were large, and had a flavourful coating of skin on the outside. His coleslaw was a bit on the small side however, he was quite full after eating all of the chicken and fries that were included in his meal. I loved how we were able to get refills on our drinks if desired, in which my husband decided to do so as we were leaving. Overall, the food was mostly pretty-good however, there were a few things that could have been improved on.ATMOSPHERE:This restaurant was situated on the corner of a busy street, with ample parking available. The restaurant itself felt very drab as the paint on the walls wasn’t very inviting, and the chairs and tables looked like those from the 1980s, very uncomfortable and not aesthetically pleasing. There was a local radio station playing in the background, which was nice to hear as we were dining. The place seemed pretty clean however, the smell of the chicken was definitely overwhelming, and the place itself just didn’t bring about an inviting feel to diners.SERVICE:Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a kind middle-aged gentleman behind the counter. He gave us enough time to place our order, then answered all of our questions as we were asking them. We liked how patient and kind he was during our order placement, and was ready with our meals within a few minutes. We found that the customer service was great at this restaurant.COST:1 Piece Chicken Drumstick & Original Chicken Crunch Sandwich Combo: $10.49 + Poutine: $2.00 + Boneless Chicken Combo: $10.49: $22.98 + Tax = $25.97WOULD YOU RETURN?In terms of us having a quick meal, this place was pretty decent. However, I would have liked if it were more inviting, and if certain food items were made a tad differently. Would consider trying again if I am in the mood for KFC.
