We’ve been here a couple of times before. Sometimes the service is a bit slow, but on this occasion the restaurant was not too busy, so service was fairly good. Also, they have this new Bluetooth device at each table with three buttons, that allows you to call for service, water, or the bill (see photos). I like this idea. When we finished our meal and were ready for the bill, we touched the Bill button, and our server was there in about a minute with the bill and the credit card machine. No more trying to catch the eye of the elusive server!SWMBO ordered the Chicken Schnitzel, a HUGE butterflied and breaded chicken breast, cooked to a golden brown. Tender, moist chicken inside a crispy, crunchy coating. The fries were also very good, with a little bit of a crispy coating.I had the Falafel Pita entree sandwich, which came loaded with fresh toppings (hummus, tahini, lettuce, cucumber, and tomato). You can also order 1 or 2 cold appetizer toppings at no additional cost, so I added Baba Ganoush on top. The entree sandwich also comes with a side, and I chose the salad with house dressing, which was quite large for a side salad.Make sure you bring your appetite when you dine here.
Love this place. If you can get around the relatively slow service, the food here is great. Similar to Me Va Me, but without the huge lineups, understaffing, and poor service.
The menu is really basic, like shwarma plates and salad. The CS is pretty good and they give you bread before your meal, but it’s only bread haha
Rude service. Not much selection
Tiny dry beef pieces, burned red potaoes and white pickels, with rude castumer service.. What Sofra Grill become since owners change is: over priced, tiny dry beef pieces, burned red potatoes and white pickles.Rude, unsatisfied costumer service. my order was disaster last week. Only one person who was helping and fixing if there was any mistake with my order, and make my family happy with her pleasant smile and friendly and welcoming personality was Nestani. unfortunately she is not there to help and we will never returned to Sofra grill.
Food portions are poor. Since they change owner portions become small and price went up .I order beef and schnitzel dinner, when i got home i was very disappointed size of the beef , there was only couple of french fries in there. i payed way more then i used to. come on, really? there is competition going on. you should try hard not to loose costumer.
Good food bad service. Decent mix of Arabic (falafel, shish kabob) and European food (schnitzel) and delicious pickles.Stomach was full.Service was terrible. The waitress hates her life and is too tongue tied to say strange things like welcome or thanks for coming. Will returnDid not tip
