I tried to give this rat hole less than 1 for rating but I couldnt. and yes its a rat hole literally, I was there with 2 of my friends and we literally saw a rat coming out of the kitchen. we freaked out and left the place immediately, but before that we asked for refund because I had just gotten the food and we hadnt touched it, but the crooked owner told us there is no refund. This place is very bad, DO NOT GO THERE PEOPLE
Such an excellent experience best shisha i have ever tried their coals are natural and it give the shisha the best taste just like back home I love the place and I love the service .they are a bit slow but it was worth it at the end I defiantly coming again .
The customer service was wonderful, other then the fact how the severs are rushing a lot. They seem to be short handed which effects them with customer service. The food is alright, very small proportions, and as for the sisha/hooka, there Are many mistakes made by the employees who make the sisha, but it is still delicious.!!
My friends and I are regular customers and always enjoyed this place. NOW this is my last time coming here. 1. The food portion is TOOO SMALL2. Cups were dirty3. Shisha was ok but not as beforeThis is my last time ever coming here. Really disappointed with the food.
Worst place ever owner is making all the reviews. This hookah lounge is the worst place I’ve ever been to!! The owner is disgusting and conducts his business illegally. I tried to tip my waitress with my debit card and was told by the staff that they do not even receive tips!! My salad that I ordered came after ONE hour and the waitress brought empty bowls that were filthy and filled with DUST! It wasn’t even comped off my bill. The salad was half way filled with dressing, like I was eating soup. The hookah is mediocre and nothing special. Clearly tobacco when I was told it was herbal. NEVER GOING BACKKK!!!!!!!!
