I dont get it why people give this place a 5 star. The food is good but the people who work there are rude. Bad customer service won’t make your customers come back. Im not gonna recommend this place
The owner prods into your job. Quite annoying. Then the owner’s spouse comes in of his work ethics. Not coming back. Food is good
It’s like CHEERS! Where everybody knows your name… I have been eating here at Kusina since it opened in 2006. Anybody who comes and tried their pata, whether visitors from Philippines,U.S. and Europe would always comment that Kusina has the best Filipino crispy pata, some would say better than lechon. The owner and staff greet their old time customers with their names, asking how life is and the owner’s punchline always made me laugh and most of the customers would come out of Kusina with a smile on their faces! This is home away from home, good food,good laugh and kapwa Filipino!
Good crispy pata, rude staff. Typical Filipino eatery. They thought foods are so great but not really. Crispy pata is good, that’s all it is. Staff are rude. With competition around, I don’t think they will last long.
Went a few times for takeout. Have tried pretty much everything and not spectacular. Actually, nowhere near great either. Priced about the same as other filipino takeout places. Which is pretty cheap. 2 can fill up for about 10-12 bucks. Customer service is not at all good. Owners rarely smile. But i decided it was the last time i would give business to this place when the male owner told me he had already put extra sauce in the container of food, which he actually didnt. I was watching him scoop up the dish and pour into the container, no extra sauce, then asked nicely with a smile for some. He hurriedly and rudely told me that he put already. Looking quite irritated too! That wad enough to stop going.
Horrible.. Terrible food and customer service. Don’t recommend it.
