Placed an online order early afternoon and the restaurant called me back 2 hours later saying they are out of chicken and dessert and asked if I wanted half my order or to cancel my order. I told them to cancel my order, but make sure that I am not billed on my credit card (Credit card info provided for online order). They said they don’t deal with online billing. A few weeks later, a charge for the original order shows up on credit card. Call up the restaurant and they say to talk to the owner. Call the owner multiple times with voicemails and finally get him a week later. He says to call the third party company who does their online billing. Call up and email the third party multiple times and finally get them on the phone. They say a refund has already been issued and to wait up to 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, no refund. I have never tried out their food or stepped foot in their restaurant and this is what you get for placing an online order. The runaround!
I used to buy at least once a week for myself and my colleagues at the office ( average of 3-4 meals ) each time. The food is so fresh and the quantity is more than enough for heavy lunch that sometimes we used to share the meal. Since 2 weeks ago, the staff has been changed and everything is changed with them. Potatoes are so little and kind of raw, rice is more than little as well. and last even the size of the chicken is changed 🙁 I am afraid next time we buy, they will make it one side instead of 2 as well. Please come back to nature
