Ottawa’s worst shawarma. This place is the definition of horrible. Prices are about 15% above market and the food is just microwaved garbage. I didn’t think bad shawarma was possible before coming here.
Would it kill you guys to smile?. Great garlic sauce. Great potatoes (although they microwave them if they are not hot and fresh)I lived close by and was a once-a-week customer for 2 years. I am a friendly guy who likes to get people talking and laughing. NOT THESE GUYS!Even you you are friendly and funny with them they look at you as if you murdered their children. I gave up after a while. Never went back again.Really good food. Asswipe owners and staff.

Terrible service. Just like everyone else has said…the food is pretty good but I refuse to give them another dollar. The guys who work behind the counter are a-holes and won’t give you the time of day, even while you hand them your money. I remember ordering two combos but the owner insisted that it only came with one drink to split instead of each a can (like it should’ve been). The microwave their potatoes in Styrofoam containers anyways…enough reason alone to never revisit.
Never again!. The staff was very rude. I was asking a few questions about the plates and the guy would just point at the menu board with very hurried and short answers. We were the only people there but we felt like we were bothering them. And then he microwaved my potatoes!! Really?! My husband ordered a small shawarma but he gave him a large. When my husband mentioned it, he just looked at him blankly.
Anyone who likes this place must be owner or staff
