Love this gem of a bakery in my neighborhood. I have tried the lemon square, chocolate cake and butter tarts. All were fantastic.
Neighbour introduced me and I am hooked, but can’t have too many sweets so its a treat when I stop in to pick up some tarts on my way home from the streetcar stop. Scones and butter tarts are MUST-HAVES
The butter tarts are made with maple syrup, are larger than the usual and have a thin thin crust. Lemon tarts are out of this world. Chocolate cake dense and delicious. Croissants authentic. Everything we’ve tried has been first class.
Neighborhood bakery- A friend brought butter tarts and some brownies to share at a meeting we had in Toronto and they were to die for!
