Would not recommend at all after seeing how they handled the food. After rubbing nose with bare hands proceeded to grab pitas and buns. Using bare hands to grab french fries from a bowl. Using bare hands to grab onions and tomatoes. Using one bare hand to hold down the souvlaki on a dinner plate with the hand now happening to touch the salad and feta in order to pull the skewer with the other hand. Person working cash touching the food I’m going to eat. Waste of my time and money, couldn’t even think of eating it.

By far the best Greek restaurant I’ve been to. Pleasant service. Interior can be deceiving but well worth the visit! I found the price to be reasonable considering the amount of food you get.

Amazing. Really good a bit expensive though but amazing. I got their chicken souvlaki dinner and a fine glass of wine lol.

Amazing Souvlaki. This place was recommended to me for the Chicken Souvlaki on a pita. the place looks like a hole in the wall but don’t let that stop you. I had the Chicken on a pita with fries to go. I have to say it was one of the best if not the best I have had. the big chunks of meat were tender and juicy. the Tzatziki was nice and creamy. the fries were cooked perfectly. I always said Square Boy had the best Souvlaki but I have to give the crown to Asteria now. We’ll Done!

These Reviews CANNOT BE REAL. This place is terrible compared to EVERY place around it! We made a huge mistake by stopping our car right when we saw this Greek place, and didn’t enjoy it at all..only to then drive down one more block and hit the REAL Greek food….PLEASE don’t make our mistake. IF YOU WANT THE BEST GYROS PITA go to Messini….it was the best we could find….and we tried many.

Love this joint. Delish lamb chops, awesome faded pictures of Greece on the walls, totally family run.

Great authentic Greek. One of my favourite places to eat in Toronto. It’s the epitome of ‘hole in the wall’ but that’s what good food is. I always get the souvlaki and I’d recommend it to anyone in the area. The waitresses might not be the best but the owner and chef are always great and polite.
