First off, I just want to let future customers know; in terms of food quality/taste (pending certain things); it’s okay. Not the greatest, not the worst.The main reason as to why my rating is very poor/low, is because of the service.August 13th, 2017, I had gone to get a bite to eat, and had made the mistake of ordering multiple orders all at once. The time taken was over 10+ minutes just to get the food out for takeout, which in itself was the first red flag. The biggest thing though was that, in ordering multiple items at once, they try to skimp/short change you with an order.The order in question was the ‘famous’ (used loosely) Footlong/Kebab special. The order naturally comes with; 1 Naan, 1 Footlong/Kebab, 1 Salad, 2 Sauces. (Tamarind/Coconut.) Because I ordered multiple of these, they skimped/short changed me on the Salad/Sauces, so all I was left with was a dry, chalky Footlong/Kebab. Worst of all, the Naan itself is/was not buttered AT ALL. This experience, was pretty bad, poor.Lastly, after coming home to sort out my food, some portions of the Salad had..’off’ components. (A little bit of hair, and some other tuft/dust around it.)1/5. THAT’S BEING GENEROUS. In all honesty, this is not the place to go, ever again.
This place has one of the best biriyanis in town! Almost comparable to Silver Spoon. The portions are ample and the meat is flavorful. I have not yet tried their kebabs or Tandoori Items., but will update soon! Also, I must mention how inexpensive this place is! $7 for chicken biriyani, fills you up and more.
Amazing biryani and Bihari kabab. I went to Chandni Chowk first time and I ordered chicken biryani and Bihari kabab, both the items were fresh and delicious. I would recommend this place to everyone who likes indian food.
Quality needed. The service was good, but not everything on the menue was available. Also, food is subpar quality.
Chilli Chicken. The best indian chilli chicken(extra spicy). The best and super fresh naan. The service is great and the kitchen staff know their craft. I never had any issues over the years of going. And I go almost every week for my indian curry fix. Menu is abundant and priced very well with generous proportions. I also recommend the butter chicken and foot long kabob for mild goers.
I never visit in future ever. I had visited for a dinner with my family at chandni chowk, i accept food is good but its not everything, i felt staff dont have any manners how to talk with customer, alway washroom dirty, staff keep watching ladies which is not acceptable, i never ever wants to see that place in my life
