I go here all the time with my family, the staff are always friendly and willing to help me with my order.Food tastes great, fruit shakes are outstanding and service is excellent. I strongly recommend this restaurant and their other location in Markham, near Pacific mall.
I hada large bowl ofpho tai ($7.99). I wasn’t overly excited about the flavour but it had a lot of meat in it. I wouldn’t return but that might just be more of a preference thing.
I come here from time to time since its close to home. The pho here is good. It usually comes quite quickly. When you order drinks through, that tends to take a really long time to come or its forgotten. This time I ordered bun bo hue which is a beef noodle dish in spicy broth. The broth is not spicy at all. I can’t handle a lot of spice but this soup was entirely fine for me. There were a few pieces of each topping. There were only 2-3 ppl working so it was hard to get any attention and even when I was able to get the waiter’s attention, they would forget what I asked for. We didn’t get any tea until half way through our meal. Although service is lacking a bit, it is still a good place in the area for a cheap meal.
This is probably one of the best cheap Vietnamese pho noodle restaurant in East York. I’ve come here so many times I can’t even count and every time I come here for there pho noodles and never disappoints. Service is great here too. One Time I ordered something incorrectly and they ended up giving me a replacement order free of charge. If you are hungry and are in the area you should definitely come here.
Poor service. The service was so poor here. I had to get up to the cashier area with my eat in order. Overpriced on the food as well. I know other places in the neighbourhood that are cheaper and better quality as well
Horrible service. Jerks. I called and ordered M01 (wonton soup). I get back to the office and they gave me M02 (wonton with egg noodles/lettuce/piece of pork). I called back to tell them I wanted to exchange the soup for what I actually ordered. They argued with me and said I ordered M02. They finally decided to exchange it. I get back to the office and it is the same soup, now cold, sans egg noodle (they came on the side). M02 has pork in it and M01 has a different broth, I called back to tell them that they gave me back the same soup (it had lettuce and a piece of pork in it) and they proceeded to argue with me again. I ended up hanging up on them. I am a long time customer of theirs, this has totally turned me off from them. Will be going elsewhere.04 Jun, 2013Wonton Soup. Wonton soup is awesome! Even better if you ask for pho toppings (beansprouts, basil, hot sauce). The pho is really good as well!
Disrespectful. Waiters assigned me to one remaining small table, then another customer arrived. Waiter asked if I could share my table. Considering the size of the table, I will be face to face with a complete stranger, I therefore said no and mentioned that i prefer to eat alone. The lady manager came, set my table for another person, and imposed that I should share. I didn’t want to make scene so I went to another restaurant.
