The service here was great! Our waiter was very informative and helpful on giving us the low down on what to order. Overall, Im still not a huge fan of deep dish. Its very messy and reminds of a thick and saucy lasagna thats messy to eat and difficult to cut.
First time here and ordered the JAFFNA. Amazing!!! Plenty of toppings. The crust was crunchy yet soft on the inside. It tasted just as amazing when toasted later in the day or the next day!! Need to return to try the other pizzas!!!!
Got the jerk chicken pizza and the vegetarian version of the gatt daddy. Both were good, exactly what you want/expect when you get Detroit style pizza. Crispy and delicious, small location but staff was super friendly and helpful. eatsto.com
We stopped in for a pizza and did not know what to expect. This is a small place with a bustling takeout business, but it is also an 18-or-so seat restaurant with table service and cloth napkins. They apparently take reservations, too. We sat at the counter by the window, and loved our meal. AMAZING deep-dish pizza…we had the Truff-Ghi (Cheese Blend, Slow-Roasted Garlic Cremini Mushrooms, Double Smoked Bacon, Caramelized Onions, Lemon Zest, Fresh Thyme, Grana Padano, White Truffle Sauce), a small for the two of us as we were not super hungry, and it was AMAZING. I also had the Merlot, very good, and my husband had one of the many beers. This place is busy with a great vibe. We were definitely the oldest people there, lol. We will be back!
I loved the crispy crust and the chewy soft dough on the inside. It was so good. We got the truff-ghi I think it’s called. It was so good! Next time definitely getting 2 smalls and getting different kinds.
