Chef Danny Pantano draws from a decade of experience working at some of the best restaurants in Italy, and the UK, and incorporates the bounty of local ingredients in a refined manner. This translates into a small, evolving menu with a focus on vegetarian and vegan dishes in addition to local meat and fish. GLAS is the perfect spot to enjoy a lazy weekend brunch or an intimate dinner. The chef offers a prix fixe menu every evening of the week based on dietary restrictions, preferences and available products.
