Merchants of Green Coffee is located in an old airy warehouse along the side street just East of the Don Valley Parkway North of Queen is a lovely roastery/caf as well as a educational oasis with displays of the different traditional coffee traditions – Ethiopean, Arabic,… as pictured. Roasted as well as unroasted beans are for sale combined with courses on how to roast your own. You can just sit back and enjoy their delicious coffees and teas on site along with their pastries. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
