This place is absolutely horrible now with a really stupid owner that has just worked as a pencil pusher in a restaurant his whole life, and isnt smart enough to know how to handle the good reviews and how to live up to the customer service side of things. Its a shame that hes so stupid because this place will eventually collapse because of it. The owner is arrogant. Ive previously laid down so many good words about this place, but after my experience with a really rude waiter, and the absolute disregard by the owner, I have noticed this place is not worth my dollar anymore.

Alright so this was my first time ever trying Greek food, and also my husbands birthday.. so obviously he picked where to eat! So we ended up ordering the authentic Greek fries (lots of feta cheese and tummy filling)! What we didnt know was that ordering two dinner plates would unwillingly make us pack our leftover stuff! The lamb/pork gyro(pronounced yeeroo) pita dinner plate and chicken gyro pita dinner plate is sumptuously filling! So overall our first experience of Greek dining was tummy filling yet authentically yummily Greek!

HANDS DOWN THE WORST experience I have EVER had at any restaurant. NO exaggeration. Let me explainWaiters:Once our ordered were taken; my mother ordered a Pork gyro. The Waiter comes with a Chicken gyro; we let the waiter know that this is chicken not pork. He later on tells us it is pork. We told them; it looks like chicken, taste like chicken and the texture is like chicken and yet you are telling me it is Pork?! Wtf? So the server gives us another plate; and IT IS STILL CHICKEN! They did this 3 times at this point either the servers and cooks dont know the different between Pork and Chicken is (please refer to the picture below) OR we were on some sort of hidden TV show. Also it took them about 30 minutes once we were seated for them to take our order. Owner/Manager: I am only guessing the guy taking customers names was the owner or manager. When we first entered I told him how many people we had in our party; I made full eye contact with him and he literally brushed me off with his hand and turned around to ignored me; 5 mins later then came up to me and asked how many people we had. He later on just walks around and yells and barks at his servers on what to do with such a disgusted face as if they were inferior to him. As a customer; it shows not only is he unprofessional but also on a power trip. Also another instant was when we tried to talk to him about the wrong order; he just walks away without even saying a word WTF!? I have never met someone so arrogant and terrible with any customer service. He is so ignorant of his own restaurant. Cooks: The cooks control the restaurant and the owner is too arrogant and misogynistic (from my observation only the women were servers; the men were bus boys; many of the bus boys were standing around talking while the women were running around with their heads cut off) Also to expand on the arrogant and misogynistic vibe; the female servers would write down the customers orders and the cooks would be constantly get them wrong and later on the cooks would tell the female waitresses that they are wrong; as soon as the waitresses leave the cooks would laugh at them (if you are a customer waiting in line during a busy dinner service; look at how the cooks interact with the waitresses versus the waiters) Side note: We had a lovely waitress who was very apologetic about the whole experience; so we wanted to tip her and ensure no one else got the tip. She refused it and told us that the servers do not get tip and that she will get fired if shew does hmmm r u kidding me!? So if the servers dont get the tip; Im guessing all the tip goes to that arrogant and misogynistic manager/owner. If you think I am exaggerating, go in during a busy dinner service and as you are lining up, watch closely how the cooker and servers interact; and try tipping your server personally.

Pretty good authentic gyro with fries inside the pita (like they do in Greece). I was pleased that I got real meat and not the processed stuff. The feta in the Greek fries was really good. Greek salad was fine (and, thankfully, did not have the lettuce that is characteristic of the Canadianized version of the dish). The kebab plate was pretty plain tasting. Service was adequate and prices were good.

Went this afternoon and had a chicken gyro pita dinner with rice and horiatiki (salad). While the salad is still tasty as ever and the rice is very good, it seemed that the chicken gyro was a little on the bland side. I had not been to this restaurant in a while. Did they change the recipe? I also notice they have a beef/lamb gyro. Now I clearly recall that when they opened, they had 4 different types: chicken, pork, lamb and beef. What happened? It’s good food, yes but not as it used to be. Service is also a little spotty and the bathroom could be cleaner. So, a good place but a shadow of its former self.

Very poor. The waiter was uninterested and not helpful, the food was middling at best. Quantities were far too large and the waiter should have indicated we had ordered too much.
