Wasn’t in the mood for pho, so we tried the BBQ pork bn and BBQ boneless chicken drumstick and BBQ pork com. Both were flavourful, but the BBQ was quite syrupy sweet. The sweetness overpowered the lemongrass, making the meat a single note of flavour. Unfortunate as the meat itself was good quality and both dishes were clearly prepared with care. Will return to try the pho next time and revise my rating accordingly if the experience differs.
