I ordered food from Uber eats and there were items missed and parmesan put on the poutine instead of cheese curds. When I called OTH to let them know, Chad ( the manager) told me that 25$ of my next meal is on them. He didn’t make excuses, he just fixed the problem and I appreciated that.Last Thursday we went there to get some food and take advantage of the 25$ they offered. We ordered crab cakes, tacos, poutine..total was well over 25$ and it was ALL COMPED! No questions asked, they just said it’s on the house. The meal was fantastic made better by the customer service. Looking forward to eating there again and bringing more people.
